A QS 9000 certification is in process and we expect to complete it before Oct. 2002.

We aggressively prevent defects in all our processes through:

• Extensive control and monitoring of moistures, mold and melt temperature, injection speed, parts consistency and other processing parameters
• Continuous quality control with SPC and Precontrol Charts
• Minimum targeted Cpk of 1.33
• In-coming quality control of resins for color and Melt Flow Rate (MFR) consistency
• Establishing process capability before production commencement

We are constantly providing the necessary training to all our quality assurance engineers in the field of six-sigma quality control. We are in a process to implement 6-sigma quality assurance for all our customers regardless of their needs.
